Vision Statement:
To See Christ Conquer Harrisburg with God’s gospel.
We desire to see Christ conquer Harrisburg with the saving power of God, which is His gospel, through small, multiplying biblical churches under biblical and faithful leadership (elders and deacons) that proclaim Christ in Word and Prayer to reverently worship God and equip the body of Christ.
Small church - church of 150 members or less led by plurality of elders with an eye towards planting other local churches in Harrisburg area.
Word and prayer - expository preaching of Christ through books of Bible and God honoring, reverent worship while prayerfully depending on God to increase personal holiness and glorify Himself.
Simple church - intentional faith formation through personal discipleship minimizing reliance on programs.
Family focus - focus of church geared towards family discipleship to promote family worship (word, prayer, singing, catechism, education).
Training - applicable and ready-to-use training to equip the church, as ambassadors, to reach Harrisburg with the gospel of Jesus Christ.
